1. De dienst
Flipeezy is een online flashcard-applicatie waarmee je woordenschat en leerstof kan instuderen via digitale kaarten (flipboards). Je kan kaarten aanmaken, importeren via CSV of AI PDF-import, studeren en delen met andere gebruikers.
2. Account
- Je moet minimaal 13 jaar zijn om een account aan te maken.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van je wachtwoord en alle activiteit op je account.
- Maximaal één account per persoon.
- We behouden ons het recht voor accounts die misbruik maken te blokkeren of verwijderen.
3. Gratis en betaalde plannen
- Gratis plan: beperkt aantal boards en kaarten, geen AI-functies. Altijd beschikbaar.
- Pro-plan: €9,99/maand via Mollie. Onbeperkte boards, AI PDF-import en uitgebreide voortgangsopvolging.
Prijzen zijn inclusief btw tenzij anders vermeld.
4. Betalingen en abonnementsbeheer
- Betalingen worden verwerkt via Mollie. Door te betalen ga je ook akkoord met de voorwaarden van Mollie.
- Je abonnement wordt automatisch maandelijks verlengd tenzij je het opzegt.
- Opzeggen kan op elk moment via je profielpagina. Je behoudt toegang tot het einde van de lopende betaalperiode.
- Na opzegging wordt je account teruggezet naar het gratis plan.
- Terugbetalingen worden niet verleend voor gedeeltelijk gebruikte maanden, behalve indien wettelijk verplicht.
5. Jouw inhoud
- Jij bent eigenaar van de flashcard-inhoud die je aanmaakt.
- Je geeft Flipeezy een beperkte licentie om deze op te slaan en weer te geven voor de werking van de dienst.
- Je mag geen inhoud uploaden die inbreuk maakt op auteursrechten of in strijd is met de wet.
- Gedeelde boards kunnen bekeken en bestudeerd worden door andere gebruikers, maar niet bewerkt.
6. AI PDF-import
- PDF-inhoud wordt verwerkt via Anthropic. Door deze functie te gebruiken ga je akkoord met het doorsturen van de documentinhoud naar Anthropic.
- Upload geen vertrouwelijke of auteursrechtelijk beschermde documenten tenzij je daarvoor de rechten hebt.
- Het aantal AI-imports per maand is afhankelijk van je plan.
7. Beschikbaarheid
We streven naar hoge beschikbaarheid maar garanderen geen ononderbroken toegang. We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor verlies als gevolg van onderbrekingen.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor verlies van gegevens, indirecte schade of gebruik buiten het beoogde doel.
9. Wijzigingen
Bij ingrijpende wijzigingen aan betalingsvoorwaarden word je minimaal 30 dagen op voorhand per e-mail geïnformeerd.
10. Toepasselijk recht
Belgisch recht. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken van België.

Flipeezy est une application de flashcards en ligne pour étudier vocabulaire et matières via des cartes numériques (flipboards). Créez des cartes, importez-les via CSV ou IA, étudiez-les et partagez-les.
2. Compte
- Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans.
- Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité de votre compte.
- Un seul compte par personne.
- Nous nous réservons le droit de bloquer les comptes abusifs.
3. Plans gratuits et payants
- Plan gratuit : boards et cartes limités, sans IA. Toujours disponible.
- Plan Pro : 9,99 €/mois via Mollie. Boards illimités, import PDF par IA, suivi avancé.
Prix TVA comprise sauf mention contraire.
4. Paiements et abonnement
- Paiements via Mollie. Vous acceptez aussi les conditions de Mollie.
- Renouvellement automatique mensuel sauf résiliation.
- Résiliation possible à tout moment depuis votre profil. Accès conservé jusqu'à la fin de la période.
- Retour automatique au plan gratuit après résiliation.
- Pas de remboursement pour les mois partiellement utilisés, sauf obligation légale.
5. Votre contenu
- Vous êtes propriétaire de votre contenu.
- Vous accordez à Flipeezy une licence limitée pour le stocker et l'afficher.
- Pas de contenu portant atteinte au droit d'auteur ou contraire à la loi.
- Les boards partagés peuvent être consultés mais pas modifiés par les autres.
6. Import PDF par IA
- Le contenu PDF est traité via Anthropic. En utilisant cette fonctionnalité, vous acceptez la transmission du contenu à Anthropic.
- Ne téléchargez pas de documents confidentiels sans en avoir les droits.
- Nombre d'imports limité selon votre plan.
7. Disponibilité
Nous visons une haute disponibilité sans la garantir. Pas de responsabilité pour les pertes dues aux interruptions.
8. Responsabilité
Pas de responsabilité pour perte de données, dommages indirects ou utilisation non prévue.
9. Modifications
Notification par e-mail 30 jours avant toute modification importante des conditions de paiement.
10. Droit applicable
Droit belge. Tribunaux compétents de Belgique.

- Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled.
- Cancel anytime from your profile. Access retained until end of billing period.
- Account reverts to free plan after cancellation.
- No refunds for partially used months, except where required by law.
5. Your content
- You own your flashcard content.
- You grant Flipeezy a limited licence to store and display it for the service.
- No content that infringes copyright or violates the law.
- Shared boards can be viewed and studied but not edited by others.
6. AI PDF import
- PDF content is processed via Anthropic. By using this feature you agree to the content being sent to Anthropic.
- Do not upload confidential documents without the necessary rights.
- AI import quota depends on your plan.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses due to interruptions.
8. Liability
We are not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or use outside the intended purpose.
9. Changes
For significant changes to payment terms you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
10. Governing law
Belgian law. Disputes submitted to Belgian courts.
